Healing with Hope 🌱
A Compassionate, Trauma-Informed Approach
“What happened to you?” This simple question is the guiding principle of my approach—a shift from the often-shaming question, “What is wrong with you?”
My work is built around the belief that true healing starts when you feel seen, heard, and believed. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with an MA degree in Mental Health Counseling, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore healing at your own pace. I am committed to a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that honors your whole self—mind, body, and spirit—to help you Refresh Your Spirit and Restore Your Hope in a future grounded in self-understanding.
Biography
My therapeutic approach is grounded in a deep commitment to integrating evidence-based counseling and neuroscience for holistic care.
I hold a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University, which reinforces my dedication to viewing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—in the healing process.
This therapeutic focus is powerfully shaped by my earlier academic work in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology (MCDB). With an additional emphasis in immunology, anatomy, and physiology. These foundational sciences offer a profound understanding of the human body and the stress response. My unique background directly strengthens my neuroscience-informed approach to mental health care, allowing me to better support the brain and body in healing from trauma.
