FEES

• Self-pay 45-min: $125
• Self-pay 55-min: $140
• Self-pay 90-min: $225

Payment:

I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards for payment of services.

Note about insurance:

I currently do not accept insurance at this time, nor am I set up to accept Medicaid for payment of services.

Depending on financial situations, I offer a sliding scale and discounts to first responders and students.

Your insurance may offer an out of network provider payment; however, it is your responsibility to verify and file with your insurance provider. (I will provide necessary documentation of services)

Cancellation Notice:

There are times when you will not be able to attend our session, which is understandable. Please cancel your appointment 24-hours beforehand. I reserve the right to charge a full or partial fee for non-cancelled appointments.
